After joining forces with Eastpak on a camo-heavy accessories capsule, AAPE by A Bathing Ape is now prepping a line-up of winter-ready outerwear choices with American clothing manufacturer Alpha Industries.
Marking the first joint effort between the two labels, the collaborative Fall/Winter 2019 capsule will include three of Alpha Industries’ signature flight jackets, the L-2B Hybrid Reversible Flight Jacket, the MA-1 Natus, and the M-65 Defender Liner Jacket, along with a hoodie. The range utilizes a color palette of black, white and military green, with additions of bold orange hits. Scattered throughout each item is AAPE’s famous “Moon Face” insignia, “AAPE by A Bathing Ape” motifs, and special AAPE and Alpha Industries co-branding.
The L-2B Hybrid Reversible Flight Jacket combines AAPE’s camo-pattern with Alpha Industries’ classic design, while the MA-1 Natus sees AAPE’s Moon Face logo superimposed on top of camouflage. Finally the M-65 Defender Liner Jacket features a specially-designed camo print, while the hooded sweatshirt features a special edition collaboration logo and a Moon Face Logo on the hood.
Interested readers can purchase items from the AAPE by A Bathing Ape x Alpha Industries Fall/Winter 2019 Collection starting this Saturday, November 23. Prices range from $1,199 HKD (approx. $153 USD) for the sweatshirt hoodie to $2,799 HKD (approx. $358 USD) for the MA-1 Natus Jacket.
For more upcoming collaborations, Anti Social Social Club is teaming up with Hot Wheels.
