The drop continues with adidas’ sustainability initiative rolled out across the board. As with the other sneaker’s in the range the ventilated knit upper is made up of adidas’ high-performance recycled PRIMEBLUE material crafted in part with Parley Ocean plastic. This breathable woven yarn forms the heel’s pull tab in one and sits atop its signature white BOOST midsole softening the step of every runner’s stride.
Its midfoot cage boasts adidas’ trademark three stripes in an eye-catching “Metallic Gold” with subtle black-on-black branding seen on the tongue and slight gold accents on the sole. As with the remaining sneaker’s in the line, it is complete with a stretch-web outsole built in partnership with tire-manufacturer Continental adding its long-standing rubber expertise to the silhouette.
The adidas UltraBOOST 4.0 DNA in “Core Black/Gold Metallic/Cloud White” is now available on the adidas webstore and retails for $180 USD.
