2021 is set to see a variety of emerging fashion labels thrive in the spotlight, one of which is Arnar Már Jónsson who has just unveiled a detailed look at its apparel collection for A/W 2021.
What makes this collection special are the tones, proportions and technical-heavy aesthetic that is oft-favored within today’s streetwear/fashion consumer. Think the shape and silhouettes of ACRONYM meets Fear of God neutral tones meets the textures of North Face Purple Label here.
Thematically, Jónsson and his partner Luke Stevens deliver the same design mentality of previous releases such as bringing technical wooly textures and sporty fabrics to light, only this time to an extensive range of Fall-friendly-toned pieces meant for everyday wear. On deck, the on-the-rise imprint is set to push out placket-equipped blousons, half-buttoned pullovers and nylon shell jackets, in addition to a plethora of cozy knitwear and wool-infused fleece pieces.
Notable items to point out include that of a canvas-looking tie dye hooded jacket that comes with matching pants, the beige pullover shell, the nylon jogger pants and the two-toned cozy fleece vest.
Prices and exact release dates for the products have yet to be revealed, but you can expect the collection to launch sometime later this year.
