Bryan Cranston will be starring in a new series titled Your Honor, the actor’s first major lead role in a TV show since Breaking Bad.

The show’s trailer shows Cranston as a judge who discovers his son had killed a man in a hit-and-run. He’s faced with the moral dilemma of protecting his son despite the crime; he tells his son to hide the secret and vows to protect him. Later on, however, the victim’s autopsy reveals the identity of the killed man as the son of a high-profile mafia leader, stirring strife with the mafia and the community. The show will be a special 10-episode limited series, which will also cast Hunter Doohan, Michael Stuhlbarg, Carmen Ejogo, Isiah Whitlock Jr. and Sofia Black-D’Elia, to name a few. Your Honor is set to air on Showtime in the month of December.
