In true clothsurgeon fashion, the garments are constructed using traditional Saville Row tailoring methods all while channeling a streetwear aesthetic and cut. Like all of the designer’s work, pieces have a sustainable focus thanks to being made from repurposed vintage bandanas, which have been stitched together in a random patchwork to make a range of truly unique items.
“PATCHWORK BANDANA_13” is filled with clothsurgeon’s staples, such as a fishtail parka and other utilitarian garments. There’s a quilted vest that’s fitted with a shiny silver-toned zipper and zip detailing on the left-hand chest pocket, as well as a bowling shirt that really steals the show.
Similarly, a collared jacket and complementing track pants make for a killer two-piece fit, while a contrast sleeve T-shirt and a duffle bag offer an easier way to pull of paisley print, using it to accent the rest of your look.
clothsurgeon’s “PATCHWORK BANDANA_13” collection can be seen in full in the lookbook above, and purchased exclusively on the clothsurgeon website now.
In other news, Telfar has featured paisley alongside many other patterns in its new durag line.
