Ahead of the next era of Inuyasha with Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, Premium Bandai has now released a replica of the Beads of Subjugation necklace worn by the titular half-demon protagonist.

The Kotodama no Nenju (Beads of Subjugation) is a prayer bead necklace placed on Inuyasha by the shrine priestess Kikyō and prominently used by her modern-day reincarnation Kagome Higurashi. Activated by a particular word, the beads glow causing Inuyasha to “sit”/faceplant into the ground.

Approximately 22 inches long, the necklace is crafted as a faithful recreation of the item seen in the original manga/anime. Aside from polished amethyst ball beads, the accessory features resin teeth and a brass plated secure closure. Each Beads of Subjugation necklace comes packaged in a custom wooden box with Inuyasha foil stamping.

Priced at ¥22,000 JPY (approximately $212 USD), is now available for pre-order on the Shōnen Sunday Premium Shop and Premium Bandai with delivery expected for March 2021.

In case you missed it, Tokyo Banana has made it possible to eat an Eevee.
