After early reports of Off-White™ and Nike releasing a “The 20” collection recently surfaced, Virgil Abloh has fanned the flames further by taking to his Public – – – Domain webpage to tease a pixelated mosaic of seven styles overlaid with “ACTUALLY PENDING” text hits. Though this post does not serve as an official release confirmation, there are takeaways to be had that nod to a potential drop of several long-anticipated Off-White™ x Nike and Jordan Brand silhouettes.
Styles included among the pixelated mosaic appear to be the Off-White™ x Air Jordan 1 “Canary Yellow” and Futura‘s two Off-White™ x Nike Dunk Lows. Other potential inclusions are two Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1s that may release at Abloh’s ICA Boston exhibit this summer and a Off-White™ x NikeCourt Flare 2. The jury is still out on what the seventh style may be.
Public – – – Domain also includes a video of a conversation between Arthur Jafa and Abloh, a “FREE GAME” tutorial, an address that leads to a Chicago hotel, videos related to three past projects — the Off-White™ x Nike Rubber Dunk, the Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 “Sail” and Abloh’s recent “ICONS” book with Nike and TASCHEN — and a ticker on the bottom that shows off past styles from “The Ten.”
See everything for yourself via Public – – – Domain, and expect more solid release information for the teased styles to roll out over the course of the year.
